- Inquiry data you submit: name, phone, email, property city, estimated home value, mortgage balance, loan amount requested, loan type of interest, mortgage position, timeline, and any free-text notes.
- Source-page data: which page on this site you submitted from.
- Standard server logs: IP address, browser user-agent, timestamps. Used for security and abuse prevention.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and discuss your equity-based lending options.
- To refer your file to a licensed private or alternative lending partner whose program fits your situation.
- To follow up by phone, email, or text about your inquiry. You can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
The licensed lending partner we refer you to. We do not sell your information. Where we use service providers (e.g. email, secure form storage), they process information on our behalf under contractual confidentiality.
Retention
Inquiry data is retained for as long as needed to service your file and meet our record-keeping obligations under Ontario and Canadian law. You can request deletion at any time by emailing info@futurelendinggroup.ca.
Your rights
Under PIPEDA you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, and withdraw consent. Email info@futurelendinggroup.ca to exercise any of these rights.
Cookies
This site uses minimal cookies for functionality. We do not currently run third-party advertising trackers.
Security
